LAMBDA POLARIZATIONIN IN Au-Au COLLISION

         In my Phd thesis,I intend to study the polarization
    of the Lambda hyperon in a relativistic Au-Au collision,
    through the  data that will be read from the E896 Expe-
    riment using the SDDA.
    I will be looking for better understanding of the Pola-
    rization of the Lambda,especially in terms of its energy 
    and momentum dependence.Many previous high-energy particle 
    physics experiments have proved the negativity of the Lambda
    Polarization,in addition to its linear increase with its 
    transverse momentum up 1Gev/c where it saturates.Besides,
    the Polarization of the Lambda hyperon appears to be in-
    creasing linearly with energy for a defined momentum.
         This thesis will attempt to answer the question whether
    the Polarization of the Lambda prevails in AA-collision 
    compared to pA-collision.
